Mirc-X was founded in 1997, and has since become the largest resource on the Internet for users of the popular Windows IRC client mIRC to download bots, scripts, and addons. mIRC-X provides MP3 and Internet search services as well as a Java-based client to provide users with access to IRC from their web browser.
In March, 2004, Mirc-X closed its doors because of severe denial of service attacks against the network. Their well known website with information about IRC, bots, and scripts, remains operational. | |
