WinChat was created in late 2000 by Spectre, DeMENted and Unique_T.
WinChat was a splinter net off of the old ChatNet, and started out as a place to train operators and to experiment with IRCD's, but took on a life of its own. Winchat has been true to its 'training mission', and has spawned off many other little networks, whom we wish well. | |
