Webcomm started as a personal network & escape from more restrictive networks for a select few chatters, who while drunk (with power, beer or all that other fun stuff) decided to make it public... it ran quite nicely and grew in fame, but the bad uptimes made many people leave & then came the fall... Webcomm was down for over 2 months... but a few stood by it & fought to bring it back. So they found a home on a Shell host for Webcomm & so ensured it's future as a network.... what happens next only time can tell, but we know one thing, It'll be cool and over the top! :)
