Warped-IRC.Net started years ago as the Starlight.CC network.  Frustrated with alot

of networks lack of concern for how users were treated along with experiences with

abusive opers and staff, it was decided that the Starlight.CC network would be created

mainly for a few close friends that were tired of things going on elsewhere.  After many

years and links to several networks that didn't work out for basically the same reasons,

it was decided a fresh start was needed, thus Warped-IRC.Net was born.

Warped seemed fitting as the core group of friends have a warped or crazy sense of humor, in a good way of course.
