"WARP Radio 90.7 FM" was created as a "private broadcasting entity" back in 1984.. Since 1992, WARP Radio has been bringing "rouge" programming to the FM dial in Chiago up untill 2002 when our facilities were re-located to Western Illinois. WARP Radio Network was created in 1998 as a means to bring "The Dr Demento Show" to a few chatters who had the desire to hear this nationally synicated but hard-to-find program on the net. While WARP Radio Network was primarily on EfNet in its hayday.. problems begin to result from disgruntled chatters in the associated channels where warp was a member... but that is old history, now.. Since then WARP has strived to become a all-interactive net-radio entity- with the highest possable audio quality without the use of scripts and spyware.. On October 16th, 2004, WARP Radio Network began a new life by creating its own chat netowrk while still providing the means to present fine audio for those interested in listening and providing a means for DJs and listeners to interact. And here it is... WARP Radio IRC Network! -DjZ-
