Network was started in January of 2010 by Snet2 and Netz. it was started to get away from networks that have constant drama / issues and tend to be ran by 12 year old operators on home servers. We created a place where everything is equal and all users are entitled to their separate and offensive opinions without having to worry about being banned / glined for it.
