OptiLan was founded on 04.02.2007 by lovetsa. The network was meant to be used only by cleints from Troian at first, but it quickly became larger. The first and still the biggest channel is #Troian. Nowadays, there are about 16 servers, five of which are hubs. The topology of the network is optimized in order to reach the maximum performance. OptiLan IRC network is growing every day by linking new servers. Everyone who whishes to help is welcome.
