Ok, so I've ran this server is some form for going on 3 years now. It has never really grown beyond a modest user count of ~10 users, but then again I never pursued it. We run the latest stable version of Unreal along with epona services (similar to Dalnet for those of you unfamiliar). The staff is virtually invisible. We only have 3 opers and we'd much rather chat than flaunt our power. You should definitely check it out for some moderately fun, hassle free chatting.
