Neko-Network was founded by "Little`Kitty`Sakura" and at other times named "Neko Sakura". She setup the core of Neko-Network on one of her friends servers, named "alx". She chose some of her closest friends from other network to be her Network-Admins. She started to invite some of her other friends that were in different networks to join her in Neko-Network. Thus, Neko-Network was born.
