MLG was founded in August 2003, and had a turblent young history, but eventually linked up with irc.rulex.net in May 2004, to form a new partnership of free shells providers which has become MLG/Gigapixel networks. MLG itself is 8 months old as of writing (03/05/2004) and has had almost a million hits and 90,000 unique visitors to date on its webserver alone. Rulex is an even older service, and the descision to combine them came about naturally once they encountered each other :) | |
