Continuously operated since early 2006. Established in January, 2007 (by split). Merged with a smaller network (AstrNet) in early 2008, reached the size about 1500 users in early 2009. Many users were lost during the widespread depression in Russian speaking IRC in 2009. In September, 2010 yet another small network (LifeNet) was merged into IrcCity.
