The server was originally supposed to be a hub server for other networks, but Storm decided to turn it into a leaf for other server and has tried to link it to several servers since, including irc.animerehab.net and irc.xecuteirc.net, buoth of which Storm decided to unlink from for 'conflict of interest.' So now Zaniel is running it and TenshiIRC.net
