Hell-IRC has a very interesting history. The owner started out as an admin/owner of Slacked.Org, but when things fell thin with the two admins, he left and started his own network, which was SubIRC.Org. After a year the owner decided it was time to make things worth his while, and the while of his users.  So, Hell-IRC has been growing rapidly since its rename and will forever carry on as one of the cleanest and best organized networks listed.
