Irc.ghostnetwork.org got started as ghostnet.servehttp.com on a simple dial-up connection for a place to get away from larger networks and to test bot's without the risk of accidently flooding out the more popular channels that they resided on. It's now a few years later and has grown in many areas. We now have broadband and added many other services also, we have made several upgrades to server hardware to handle the many needs of a growing network. We went officially public in 2005 to offer people a place to come to so that they could get a new start and forget any differences that they may have had with other users in the past and to meet other opers on other networks that normaly couldn't be themselves due to restrictions set by the networks that have to follow strict guidelines. | |
