GamesAdvantage was originally founded as a network to host #StarGateWars, as the owners of #StarGateWars needed more control over users. GamesAdvantage was considering using an ircd not too unlike the SearchIRC one, that only allows one channel and restricts commands.
The operators eventually decided to make GamesAdvantage into a gaming network, with - but not dedicated to - many MORPGs. | |
