Expertec was founded in 2005 commonly known as HOGCOM or Hogcommunity we changed the name to Expertec in July 2010 as the new Service to Essex in the UK was formed, We decided to merge the network and Expertec together to create the best community ever!

We have now changed names to Expertec-IRC
