ExileNET was formed by a group of Linux enthusiast back in 2001 when the politics of another network got too out of hand. When started, we were called Demonweb but grew tired of the name and didn't think it sounded much like an irc network so we came up with the name "ExileNET". At first we were a bit underground but decided that was too boring. We then decided to go public and see how far we could go. Well, we have been small for a while now but we never give up.
