| hello i need a network updated called friendly-irc-chat as i have a new ip the ip is 188.165.69.191 and i need it to be indexed again as i cnt access the cp yet this is the onli way to contact you hope to hear from you soon thanks |

Not sure exactly what you are asking us here at SearchIRC to do. Your network is marked inactive and I can not connect to it via the IP nor the domain.
What are you asking us to do?
