Hi,
I'm trying to add my irc site to the irc server and it not allowing me to and im getting this error message.
There was an error with your input
You did not specify a Primary Contact email address OR the primary contact email address does not match your network's DNS.
For example, if you submit irc.searchirc.org, the primary contact address would need to be someone@searchirc.org
The primary contact email address must match the IRC Server's address to continue.

I'm am the owner of the site and I pay for the site though a company if that help how can I fix this issue? |

What was the DNS address provided to SearchIRC, and what is the primary contact email address supplied?
For various reasons, the domain in the email must match the DNS used for connecting to the network. IE, if your network is irc.werocktheworld.com, you cannot use a primary contact address of zeke@gmail.com -- it would need to be someone@werocktheworld.com.
If the DNS address for the network and the email address are correct within the rules of searchirc, then its a bug and needs to be reported to Jason for fixing. |

| Matt, its not the whois email. If you have cPanel access, create an email account, or a forwarder of something like matt@your-domain.com and supply that as the email address that searchirc asks for. |
