You haven't given anyone much to go on in the way of your skills, experiance, and what YOU can bring to a network that employs you.
So as your post stands now it looks like an "I wanna be an oper" and not a "I want to offer my services, skills and experiance because..." |

I have 11 yrs experiance with IRC and 7 yrs in coding / unix system administrator, I have being oper on GameSurge In 2001....

Actually, that would be a capitalization error, not a grammar error! 
Oh, and found a punctuation error. The word "dont" should be "don't", and you forgot to end your last sentence with punctuation as well.
I'm only kidding Rav3n! I do agree that not everyone here primarily speaks or writes English. The net is very diverse and also, not everyone is as good as each other at grammar, spelling and such. We all come from different schools with different teachers. |

True, I was oper as RvN on Geneva.CH.EU.GamesNET.ORG, geneva have delinked when gamesnet changed for gamesurge |
