I'll say one thing, I've used many IRCd's and the only one which does it for me? Charybdis! (kudos to Jilles, William etc).
Anyhow. Here am I again, back for good... irc.unspecific.net

We are looking for staff, and we are most definitely not interested in any of the 'nitty gritty' stuff which goes with it either.
