I dunno if this is the best place to ask, but im struggling with getting onto Rizon. Everytime I try to connect to the servers it throws this information back to me.

And I'm not the LEAST bit technically minded. SO i got no idea what it means - If it's a ban then i dont really know what i've done to gain one, i've only ever visited the one room on there
Any ideas? |

| Any idea how i contact an admin for that network? I dont really know that much about IRC |

that looks like they banned that ISP from there network...
