Hi... I have a quick question...
At what point is a new user not a new user anymore? The reason I ask is because I wanted to post a url and it has been saying that new users aren't allowed to post urls.
Just cuious as to when the time is up for a user to be considered not a new user... Thanks for any info. provided in advance...

That sounds better than 5 posts. Which I think I was getting the ability to post url's and the ability to create new threads confused or perhaps I'm just completely wrong :/ |
