Hello,
I thought id make on post here, as im not using my skills Im looking to help out a small, slighty large IRC net. Im not intrested in any networks operating XDCC, MP3 Downloads, Illegal files bots etc. I have just under 4 years of Linux experience, with server hosting and IRC networks. I prefer networks using Unreal / Hybrid and other ircd versions simular including services of course If you can post your network below, ill check it out sometime today Just before i go , i will dedicate my time to a friendly network, which needs the help, where im going to be respected and not messed around.
Thanks |

| I dont think many networks are willing just to give them status off rip, but wish you the best of luck. |

| Maybe you should look for a local operator spot before going for a net admin or tech admin? |

I ususally start with Help Op and takes me a few months or years to work my way up
Thats a good way to start if ya don't have time and that you get to know the staff better so they can trust you |

what say you pick a network that has peaked your interest, go hang out in their more busy chat rooms and get noticed as someone willing to help out?
Network staff (from what I've observed, and how I operate) more often than not take notice of their own users who have helped the network. |

| That's usually my preference and thoughts in picking new staff for my network. I've found it's alot more productive and works out alot better myself promoting from within. |

I could start you off as a helpop, im not going to give you full controls to a server untill a trust can be bonded. |
