ok i dont know what is up
But i got a user he uses verzion dsl
He cant connect to my irc server using verzion dsl but if he rides a proxy he connects fine but with verzion he gets connection timed out
no one else has a problem what could the problem be?? and how might he fix it |

Ask him to use other ports.
Or tell him to contact his ISP since it seems like an ISP problem.
