atheme 0.3 released

Hi. Atheme 0.3 has been released, after six months of long development.

You can grab it here: http://www.atheme.org/releases/atheme-0.3.tgz.

Read the ChangeLog inside the tarball for a list of changes between 0.2 and 0.3, because there are way too many to list here.

Keep up the good work nenolod and co!

Atheme gets 5 stars in my opinion, great piece of software with some cool features (like,when you log in for your nick, it tells you when the last failed login was since you last used the nick, and who tried to log in! Neat!)

Also, it has support for the latest InspIRCd beta 6, as well as a host of other ircds like unreal... so a big thumbs up from me Wink
