| all networks that run either IRCServies or Anope should support halfops in ChanServ |

Incorrect, all ircds that support halfops support halfops. For example, Anope has hybrid support - hybrid most certainly does not support halfops.
In terms of large networks offering halfops, irc.chatspike.net is a nice place. irc.netronet.com (</plug> ) does also. |

Hybrid can support the 'half-op' mode.

Things have changed, then . I stand corrected on that. The rest of my statement stands. |

So even if "/chanserv help access levels" doesn't list halfop, the IRC could have halfop if I set the mode to it when I am in the room?
Is "/mode #Chan +h" is the right command? |
