Hi,
Im offer my services for those would like to setup irc server or irc network with custom or unique ircd and irc-services with mysql backend setup that will be different then other.

sneak preview of what chanserv will look like:
ChanServ Available Commands:
register
set
sop
aop
vop
akick
drop
Other Commands:
acc, access, ban, banlist, clear, cofounder
comment, deop, devoice, info, invite, kick, levels
op, quotes, topic, transfer, unban, unset, voice, why
ChanServ Help Levels
Channel Operator levels for a registered channel.
Levels
0: Standard user
1: AutoVoice [VOP] UNBAN me, Automatic +v upon join
2: AutoOp [AOP] Automatic +o upon join, OP (+o), DEOP (-o)
3: SuperOp [SOP] Access to add ops of levels 2 and below
4: Co-Founder [CO-FOUNDER] Access to ALL functions BUT: transfer, drop
5: Founder [FOUNDER] Channel owner. Can effect any change ALL functions |

how far along is this project currently? planning, alpha, beta?
When can we expect a release? i'm interested in taking a look at it and learning from it as i do with most new code i see. |

I recode and modified some more and setup it last nite,
got it up and running at /server chatnet.4irc.com
come and try out the command for yourself.
I am in #chatnet channel, if you got any questions
