doesnt plexus have ssl built in?
After all, rizon are using it and they have ssl...
As far as i'm aware, no hybrid-based ircds have any +qa module, because their module api's do not allow such things to be done |

Plexus 3.0.0 has both client and server ssl and +qa channel modes. It is what Rizon uses. The ircd is curently private though. We may release it in the future.

| it seems to have got out already, and more than one person seems to be using it, i've heard rumours of Atheme supporting it, and NeoStats has code already being tested which seems to work so far |

Yes, Atheme does support Plexus 3, and yes, it has been leaked around.
In the IRCd world, those who keep things private never win out to those who would rather see developments be public. |

I dont really mind that it has been leaked. We just hadnt planned on releasing it formally and supporting it at this point in time. If people have leaked it and are using it more power to them

After looking at the version on that site, I wouldn't reccomend using it, as it is a older version that we no longer run. There have been alot of changes since then as we iron things out with it. That is part of the reason we havent released it to the general public yet. Once we have finalized the patchset and have the means to support it we will release it for everyone to use.

Anyways we're not worried about it nothing that can really be done and it was leaked about 4 different ways. We were aware it would be leaked eventually but we will not support issues users may have with the ircd at this time. |
