Leave the "Customized Applications" field blank.

Set the Ext. Port to the range of ports that you want open - for example, if you want 6660-6669 open, put 6660 in the first box and 6669 in the second. If you just want port 6667, put 6667 in both boxes.

Check the Protocol TCP box, leave the Protocol UDP box unchecked.

Put the last octet of your internal IP address in the IP Address box. On Windows 95/98/ME, go to Start->Run and type "winipcfg". Your IP address should be listed, and will probably look like 192.168.1.xxx. Put the xxx into that box. On Windows 2000/XP, go to Start->Run and type "cmd". Type "ipconfig" into the command line. Your IP address will be displayed similarly - take the last part of it and put it in the box.

Finally, check the Enable box.
