In some places the P2P networks can vulnerate right of copyrights authors and local legislations.
It's better advice this, the IRC must be a place to stay comfortable and speak about themes insterested for the users and the internet community. This is a special case for networks with social adress in USA too, they have a more close legislation for this cases than other countries of the G-7.
