I had a little mess around with StatServ under Neostats a while ago, and because of OS issues I wiped it before playing with it too much. What I'm wondering, is, without messing with source code, is it possible to change the output HTML file's format/style?
Thanks pplz |

As far as I know the HTML comes out by default-the only thing you can do is change the order in which its listed by manipulating the definition file that controls the page output.
But if you find a way, let me know, I'd like to liven that page up a bit myself |

Yes, you can edit the style. There are only a few templates available for the stats.html page. So if you wish to do it manually, edit the index.tpl file in the data directory.
You have to know the basics of HTML for the latter, though.
There are also some posts about this on http://www.neostats.net/boards/index.php (NeoStats' discussion board), they are thinking about setting up a gallery, but nothing like that exists so far. |

The latest version of NeoStats emulates a Postgresql Database server, so you can query neostats informaiton like whats presented with the HTML output (and even more) directly from say, PHP (if its compiled with Postgresql Support).
Also, Trystan (Anope Dev, and phpAnope writer) is also developing a web interface for it, but he isn't near a release status yet. You can get a "snapshot" of what he is doing here:
http://www.nomadinc.net/neostats/
while it *looks* like the neostats statserv output, its just a php template, so customization is easier. |
