Well I plan on turning GPX (My network) into a webhosting/shell providing company.
As of late I've been reading up on unix very in depth, but am in no way capable of running a webhosting business alone (yet  ).
Anyways, my server will be running FreeBSD4.9 (other specific details of the server not yet known)
Anyone looking to apply should have knowledge in the following things/areas:
*****Unix (no brainer)
*****Webhosting
*Webdesign (optional, will be looking for someone to do the site though)
*****DNS
***CGI, Perl, PHP etc. (Not asking for experts, just a little knowledge of each)
****IRCd's/Services
***Business knowledge (Knowingn proper busines etiquette)
Any other computer/networking knowledge/experience is of course a good thing.
(*'s rate importance from 1-5)
Also this person should be able and willing to teach me as we go. I'm a quick learner, usually doesn't take much for me to pick up on things. In a few months I'll be starting college to learn a bit more in depth about things to better run the business.
Lastly, once things get started this person would be entitled to share of the profit.
This is all that comes to mind at the moment.
Legal contracts are being drawn up now, you'd probably be asked to sign a few things before being put on a pay roll of any sorts. (Pays off having a lawyer in the family).
This project is still in development, but it will happen within the next few months. Which I beleive to be a perfect opportunity to get to know someone to be my partner.
