looking for an oper

not sure of what position atm, but we're looking for another staff member that can be an active chatter and help bring in users through legal means. (no spamming, no hording warez channels, etc.)

we don't have many users, at about 30-60 depending on time of day, although our "lobby" equivalent #zelda is very active at peak times and is an "anything goes" type channel, so if you're easily offended you'll be wasting your time. have no need for a mr. banhammer and being skilled in unrealircd and anope is a plus, although for the most part we just want someone that will go out of their way to promote the network and bring in some more users.

fyi we run unrealircd on 3 stable servers. 8 opers total, although only 2 of us are active and we're the only ones with override and services access atm. the others are for the most part just oldschoolers that were veteran'd in and rarely oper up.

edit: also still looking for links that already have a userbase (10 stable is enough) and don't mind parting with their domain, network name and services.
