PhantomIRC looking for links with users!

We at PhantomIRC are on the lookout for links that come with users, if they do not come with users you must be able to be able to have some friends come on over.

Our policy with linking is as follows:

You must be over the age of 14.
You must Have ports 6667 as well as 6697 for SSL
You must run a bopm scanner on your server
You may not add/let anyone else BUT yourself oper up on you server.

As well it is our services only due to the fact we use a customized coded services.

We run Unreal3.2.7 (With a few custom modules)
