Hi! If you're a user or an owner of a tiny and crazy network which is crazy enough to make me helpop, please tell me! Well i'm extremely helpful and i know a lot of irc commands and i know html javascript and php. The reason why no network makes me helpop is that i have some tiny... Spaminess and behavior problems 
So if u own or know a network that could make me helpop without waiting a lot, preferably immideately or by passing a test or something tell me pLZ  ~ |

Tell you what,
Come hang out on Xalaris for a bit, and we'll see how your attitude is, and we "MIGHT" give you helpop status.
There is one condition, you must follow out network policy, which means no spamming on other networks. Anytime you fail to follow our rules, you loose your help op.
If your interested, let me know. Also, it might be helpful to let people know about your background, what kind of irc oper experience you have, what network's you've been a part of, where your from, things like that, You might get more responce that way.

| Seems someone just really wants power. From the looks of his post, I personally wouldn't make him any sort of Help Operator or Local Operator. Someone can easily volunteer to help users when they need it. |
