You're being very vague as to your Network Description and what you expect out of it. There is many Administrators, Servers and Users who need a little more, if not alot.. of information about a Network wanting 'links'. Things like; The Network backbone, What it's expectations are, IRCdaemon prefered, Connection/Traceroute Info.. other stuff a Network would generaly ask of; It's Servers, Staff and Users.
This is *NOT* a flame, just words of advice. Throw out some Info/Requests of sorts and you'll get far more results.
