Hello, my nickname is evul and I am the owner/admin of ExileNET irc network. I would like to make the network grow and I am seeking links, opers and of course, users. I have used all kinds of ethical advertising methods but that has not been enough. If you are looking for a new irc network to call home or you have a shell, we run Nefarious IRCu with X3 services. We do not wish to change that as we are very happy with the
setup.
