I opened up a channel on irc.dal.net called #HostAd It is for web/shell hosts to come and either setup a bot or stay themselves and advertise there services. It's brand new and the hope is to help people get hosting and what better way then to have the hosts advertise in a room.
within the next week we will have a relay bot in place that will link #HostAd across most of the major networks.
