AppliedIRC is a small IRC network that is looking for new communities, clans, groups, as well as just new faces, and new ideas. AppliedIRC prides itself on being on the edge of IRC technology, and we have worked closely with our software developers (InspIRCd, Atheme Services, Denora Statistics, and others) to create a user-friendly environment for you to chat with others, host your communities, hold your meetings, or chat with your clan!

Being such a small network, we have an oper team of just 5 people, who do not "hide away" in operator channels. We are actively involved in our largest channels, and are receptive of new ideas for the network's development! Just give us your ideas! The network is young, and we want to know what the users want to see - not just what we envision.

One of our most unique features, and one that is currently in heavy development, is the My AppliedIRC software - which is a web frontend to many IRC functions, including administration of access lists, nickname registration, remote memo access, quotes databases, logs management, and much more! This feature is currently under heavy development by the AppliedIRC team - this is a 100% in-house job and is unique in every way!

Not only do we have the unique My AppliedIRC software, but we also have a plethora of other software, some gimmicky, some critical, to keep you entertained, amused, secure, informed, and most of all, in control of your channels. This includes a full services package, including NickServ (Nickname registration), ChanServ (Channel registration), MemoServ (Memos sending / receiving), StatServ (statistics software), Defender (Automated channel and network protection), BOPM (Automated open proxy monitor), and other softwares running behind the scenes!
