I want to know if there is any possible way to search IRC networks via 1) IRCd (IRCu2) or 2) Services (X3/GNUWorld)

No there isn't a way to search by IRCd and SIRC doesn't index services packages. This has been mentioned several times in the past and unanimously shot down out everytime of the security risks to the networks.
I have Nefarious/X3 though.
