Anyone know a network without flood protection (how much messages you can send)? Really need one Wink

Out of curiosity, what legitimate reason do you need to know a network without flood protection for?

most, if not all, networks have sendq/recvq limits. to not have these limits would be monumentally retarded. if you need it for testing, set up an ircd on your desktop machine. if you need it so you can be a pain in the arse, then go away.
