Has anybody ever herd of Metro Ethernet?
My Company has just changed service, and now has Metro Ethernet.
from what I can gather it is Point to Point protcall between 2 offices..
but I dont know if that is correct.
The Company that is selling us this service says that it can be up to 1gb per second, Point to Point.
But we aslo have to get a T1 Line to connect to the internet?
any ideas about this???
Sincerly

"Metro Ethernet" is a local loop. The "T1" is your actual transit.
