Oper IRC, or oIRC, is a place for opers of (other) irc nets to relax (non-opers are welcome to come too  ).
Coming soon; irc.operirc.org (waiting on the domain registtration to go through...).
Formerly known as Cibilian (irc.cibilian.org)
You're welcome to join us, but for now, use irc.cibilian.org =P. The main chat channel is #oIRC
(I figured, why make just _another_ "general" irc net)
