I am currently using mIRC. I want to chat in gamespy rooms but they wont let me cause I am using irc. Is there any way that I can be on an irc program and they cant detect it or is there a patch for mirc that makes it undetectable as an irc client? Please help. I need to talk to my friends on there!  |

| I..don't understand your problem. I've never heard of gamespy but what you're saying is they won't let you use an IRC client? |

It is for a playstation 2 game. In mIRC put in: 127.0.0.1 port: 6667 Enter room: #GPG!700 It chat bans you. I need to know how to make it not chat ban me. Thanks.
Edit: I just realized you have to download something. Anyone know how I can put that file here? |

| There is no way to join any room on GameSpy via IRC unless you have an oline.. ie.. helper, admin. |

| I have been on it before but recently I have been kicked off I think. I get an error connecting. It is for THUG 2 for PS2. I can be online on ps2 and be in the lobby on irc. So yes it is possible. |

| on gamespy you can only use it if you have an OPer, the opers on gamespy can detect easily if you are not on there software, and ban yo from using the network, which i dont under stand why you want to use mIRC on there, its not made for chatting, its made for playing games. |
