Using an existing ircd that already blocks a specific task is easier than writing a client that can't perform the task. |

Yes, but using an existing client, and making a few slight modification to it, would not be very hard either.
Oh well, this guy isnt responding anymore anyways, no sense kicking a dead cat around. Even if it is fun. |

/me resorts to kicking Snerf around instead
Blocking PRIVMSG commands and NOTICE commands is really best done from the server especially since anyone can easily find out what IRC server the specialized client is connecting to and then use a regular client. |
