SimpleIRC :: Looking for users + links

Hey,
I am a netadmin of Simple-IRC;
Simple-IRC was set up in October 2006. Two small 1 server irc networks linked together and it went from there.
To connect to our server: http://www.simpleirc.com/chat.php or irc://irc.simpleirc.com:6667 or /server -m irc.simpleirc.com 6667 (if you have mIRC or similar)
We have a working website, www.simpleirc.com. We give out prizes of free hosting, bncs, eggdrops ETC to those that stay active.
We own a dedicated server: Dual core xeon woodcrest 5050 3.0ghz, 1gb ram, 250gb hdd, 2tb bandwith and 1gigabit/s connection.

We are looking for links, REQUIRES unreal3.2.5/6 you may have to install a few unrealircd modules so it globally works (but only like textban, noctcp mode etc), uptime proof won't go a miss either. Everyone will take our network name, but you may keep your server name and/or website and we will need to sync rules/motd. We will use anope db merger in order to minimalise/remove problems. We will discuss opers and any other questions you have if you connect to our network or send me an email with yours.
We do NOT wanted to link with servers that allow public warez channels or bots, our network is place to have fun, chat, sit and relax, not to publically trade warez. SSL support is a bonus as we like to offer the users that, but is not a requirement.
We are current looking to buy an Australian ssh account for an additional irc server.
