just noticed a freshly set up channel on our network and took a look at it - from the outside of course..

i wondered about the fact that the channel hasnt been registered yet and also the only nick in there wasnt registered.

so i made some small research:

notice the 10-20 channels that all hold the same topic, only having a single user in it..

now, whats that going to be?
