Can't connect to IRC network

Can't get into CreativeIrc...everytime I try it the connection times out...but...searchirc views it as there are ppl in the server.... wut the crap is going on?

Hi there,

Looking at http://searchirc.com/network/CreativeIRC shows a really inconsistant user graph. That can only mean there has been problems with connecting to the network.

Clicking on the left sidebar to "sort by channel size", we can see:

155 channels, and the freshness is around 98%, meaning the robot has been able to connect recently. And with the largest channel having 57 users, it doesn't appear to be empty.

I used the java applet and was able to immediately connect. So I guess there is your answer.

I was able to connect to life.CreativeIRC.net. (69.28.211.140).

Might be something on your end, or as Jason said, a temporary network problem.
