this is the first iv even herd of these complants any one try to report the spammers ip/host or notify his provider?

Only one thing i can say about that, just because you're not told doesn't mean you havn't been reported. And if you were reported what makes you think you'd find out anyway?

people are reporting as if searchirc, has access to servers and to ban the spammers. hence i did once report a network spammer to searchirc as he was listed, but they do not wish interfear. so i guess ur post is useless.
hence mirc.com servers.ini did remove him after my complaint, or maybe it was a coincidence. but the network is still existing but removed from servers.ini.

anyways..
